Billing FAQ

How do payments work?

Card payments in US dollars via Stripe, a regulated payment gateway. Monthly plans renew automatically on the same date each month. An invoice is emailed for every payment.

Is the concept booking credited?

Yes. The full $149 is credited to your first month if you continue on a monthly plan within 30 days.

Can I pay by bank transfer or invoice?

For launch films and agency retainers, yes. Choose Request a proposal and we will send an invoice with bank transfer details.

What is your refund policy?

Work starts immediately after payment, so fees for work already started are not refundable. You can cancel a monthly plan anytime before the next billing date. Read the full refund policy.
