Terms of service

These terms govern the services offered at goldgrainstudio.com ("Site") by Amit Dnyaneshwar Gawali (sole proprietor), trading as Goldgrain Studio ("Goldgrain Studio", "we", "us"). By placing an order or requesting work you agree to them.

1. Services

We produce video content, including launch films, long-form and short-form videos, thumbnails and associated metadata, to the scope described on the Site or in a written proposal ("Services"). Production uses a combination of human creative work and software tools, including artificial intelligence.

2. Orders and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe (or, where noted at checkout, Razorpay or PayPal); we do not store full card details.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Project fees are payable in advance, or as a deposit and balance where stated in a proposal.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank charges that apply in your jurisdiction.

3. Your materials and responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to provide any logos, footage, voice, likeness, trademarks or other materials you send us, and that the content you ask us to produce is lawful. We may decline work that is deceptive, defamatory, infringing, adult, political advertising or otherwise harmful.

4. Likeness and voice

We only use a person's face, likeness or voice with that person's explicit written consent. Face-to-camera plans require consent from each person who appears.

5. Revisions and acceptance

Each plan includes the revision rounds stated for it. Deliverables are deemed accepted 7 days after delivery unless you request revisions within scope during that time.

6. Ownership

On payment in full, we assign to you all rights in the final deliverables, excluding third-party licensed elements (such as music or stock), which are licensed to you for use with the deliverables. We keep ownership of our tools, templates, style systems and know-how. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing, or an NDA applies.

7. Platforms

Platforms such as YouTube make their own decisions about recommendations, monetisation and enforcement. We design content to comply with platform policies, but we do not guarantee views, revenue, subscribers or monetisation.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly plan anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and work for that month is completed. See the Refund policy for fees already paid.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue or channel performance.

10. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public information confidential and use it only to provide the Services. Mutual NDAs are available on request.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
